Oh, is it fish? Fish, I bet! Devilfish! Right you are! It’s an exotic product quite specially treated. Not every cook will work on it without fear. The fish is caught and delivered to the restaurant alive . Then it is prepared for roasting in bacon. When it starts emitting its special odour the cook wraps it in oilpaper and bakes it until it gets crispy. The fish is served with other sea food and vegetables. Help yourself !
